Students new to Davis County School District either coming from another district, state, or charter school.
New Student Registration Packet
ALL forms must be filled out and brought prior to registering your student
Parent or Guardian MUST be present with photo ID to enroll student
Students transferring within Davis School District
Within District Registration Packet
Please bring a copy of withdrawal grades if transferring within the school year
Parent or Guardian MUST be present with photo ID to enroll student

All third party background screener, employers seeking graduation verification for a former student must go through Parchment.
