Each month the board welcomes two students from one of the district high schools as student board members. This month Audrey Hintze and Logan Ellis from Farmington High School were welcomed as the September student board members.
Hintze and Ellis shared the following about Farmington High School:
The school theme for the year is Time of Our Lives and the opening assembly had 1,000 students in attendance which shows how much the students are invested in making this school year the best it can be at Farmington High School.
The Homecoming Dance was one of the most attended with 1,700 students attending the Spiderman themed Homecoming Dance and week.
The school recently had college week where they reviewed colleges and the expectations for students that will be applying for and attending college next year.
Phoenix Provides is their annual fundraiser, and they are raising funds for a more inclusive playground at Snow Horse Elementary School.
Farmington High also boasts an average ACT score of 21.9 with 79.2% of the students receiving a score above 18.
