Farmington High provides and authorizes club based on the Davis District Club policy. In accordance with this policy, students must submit an application no later than 20 school days after the first day of school. If a student(s) would like to submit an application for a club they can download, digitally fill out, and email the application to Mr. Feller at email@example.com or print, fill out, and return the application to Mr. Feller in the front office.
FHS CLUB APPLICATION 2022-2023
The Club Application must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. on September 16, 2022 to be considered for approval for the 2022-2023 school year.
